Can I apply for a position if I don’t have a Security License?
Absolutely! At Sera Security we want to hire the best candidates, even if she or he doesn’t have a security license. We will help you obtain your credentials in easy steps which will allow you to begin a career with us immediately.

How would I confirm that my application/ resume was received?
Once your application/resume is successfully submitted you will be sent a confirmation through an auto response email. If you apply for multiple positions, you will receive an auto response for each position you apply for.

What happens after I apply for a position?
If your qualifications appear to be a good match for the position applied for your resume will be reviewed by the hiring manager. Often there is a brief call for you to learn about Sera Security and for us to learn more about your professional background before any in-person interviews are scheduled. You may also be considered for other roles matching your qualifications, even if you did not apply directly to that particular position.
